Step by step to your own longevity protocol: My guide for you
For years, I've personally used a proven longevity protocol based on the latest scientific findings in functional medicine and epigenetics . It utilizes the agile approach of biohacking and provides a solid framework for comprehensive intake of relevant macronutrients. Through knowledge of the genetic blueprint, DNA, and numerous measurements (biomarkers), a complex nutrient protocol can be developed and continuously optimized.
This allowed me to lower my epigenetic age by almost 10 years and, incidentally, (almost) regain my youthful hair color.
Since I've been able to perform bioimpedance analysis (BIA) here in my practice, I can easily visualize the progress of such a protocol. It confirms: A good longevity protocol delivers measurable results, so you can actually become younger instead of older!
